Focus on form over elevation in this spin. In later videos you will see me elevate the straight leg at a much higher angle than in this break down, however, I want you to focus on locking your knee and squeezing from your hip and quads; all while pointing your toes. I want to see correct form to create the lines of the move. Elevation of the leg comes with time and practice and an increase in flexibility.
